BROKER AGREEMENT
1. Who this is for. This agreement applies to every person or business that registers a broker account on Namma Matrimony and posts profiles for clients. By ticking the box you accept it.
2. Consent. You will post a profile only with the knowledge and consent of the individual and of the family. You will record that consent in your dashboard, and you will remove the profile at once if the individual or the family withdraws it.
3. Accurate information. You are responsible for checking the identity, age, marital status and every other detail you post. Namma Matrimony does not verify broker-posted profiles. Photos and details must be genuine, lawful and decent, and you must have the right to share them.
4. No private details of clients. You will not publish a client's phone number, email address or address anywhere on the site, including in photos or free text. Members contact you through the details on your broker account.
5. Fees are a private matter. Any fee or commission is a private agreement between you and the bride, groom or family, and only if both sides are interested and agree. Namma Matrimony is not a party to it, does not set, collect, track, guarantee or enforce it, and is not responsible for any dispute about it. You will agree any fee in writing directly with the family, you will never say that Namma Matrimony requires, endorses or guarantees it, and you will not take money for a profile that you know is false, withdrawn or posted without consent.
6. No misuse. Fake or duplicate profiles, spam, flooding the site with profiles, misleading members and asking for money before you have a real introduction to offer are not allowed.
7. Limits and review. We may limit the number of profiles you can post, hold new profiles when many of them are rejected, and suspend your account at any time. A suspended broker's profiles are hidden from members.
8. Data protection. You are responsible for the personal data you upload about clients and you will delete it when the individual or the family asks.
9. Changes. We may publish a new version of this agreement. You must accept it again before you can continue to use your dashboard.
10. Records. We record who accepted this agreement, when, which version and from which internet address.
