Welcome to Namma Matrimony. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our online matrimonial introduction service available at https://matrimony.exclusive.org.in/ (the “Service”).

Namma Matrimony provides a platform where individuals and families can create profiles, search for suitable partners and express interest in one another. We do not arrange marriages, and we are not a party to any relationship or marriage that results from the Service.

By creating an account, browsing profiles, sending or accepting interests, or purchasing a membership plan, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms.

To use Namma Matrimony you must meet the following requirements:

• Legal Age: You must be at least the minimum legal age for marriage under applicable Indian law (currently 18 years for women and 21 years for men).
• Marital Status: You must be legally free to marry and must state your marital status truthfully (never married, widowed, divorced or awaiting divorce).
• Genuine Intent: You may use the Service only to find a marriage partner for yourself, or for a family member who knows about and has agreed to the registration.
• One Profile Per Person: Duplicate or multiple profiles for the same person are not allowed.
• Parents & Guardians: A parent or guardian may register on behalf of a family member only with that person's knowledge and consent.
• Account Security: You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.

You can create a profile and browse for free. Paid plans (such as the Super Plan) unlock additional features, for example viewing contact details or sending more interests. Open each topic below for the rules that apply to paid plans:

Members can send and receive interests, shortlist profiles and, depending on their plan, view contact details. When you use these features you agree to the following:

• Be Respectful: Communicate politely and honestly. Accepting or declining an interest is every member's right; do not pressure or repeatedly contact someone who has declined.
• Protect Contact Details: Details you see are for your own marriage search only. Do not share, sell or post another member's details or photos anywhere else.
• Family Involvement: Parents and relatives who communicate on behalf of a member must follow the same rules.
• No Guarantee of Response: We cannot promise that any interest will be accepted, answered or lead to a match.

These Broker terms apply to anyone who registers a broker or agent account on Namma Matrimony and lists profiles for clients. They also explain what members can expect when they deal with a broker profile. They are in addition to the rest of these terms. If there is a conflict, these Broker terms apply to brokers.

1. Brokers and approval. A broker is a person or business that creates and manages profiles on Namma Matrimony on behalf of a bride or groom. You may list client profiles only after our team approves your broker account. We may reject an application, or suspend or revoke a broker account, at any time. We set the number of client profiles each broker may keep, and we may change that limit.

2. Consent and accurate information. Before you list anyone, you must have that person’s knowledge and consent, and their family’s. The information you give must be accurate and complete. Photos and details must be lawful and decent, and you must have the right to share them.

3. Verification is the broker’s job. You are responsible for checking the identity, age, marital status and other details of every profile you post. Namma Matrimony does not verify broker-posted profiles and gives no guarantee about them.

4. Brokerage charges. Any fee is agreed directly between the member and the broker. Namma Matrimony is not a party to that agreement and does not collect or guarantee brokerage.

5. Contact details. A broker profile shows only the broker’s contact details. You must not publish the bride’s or groom’s phone number, email or address anywhere on the site, including in the profile text or photos.

6. No interests. Brokers cannot send interests. A member who likes a broker profile contacts the broker directly.

7. Misuse. Fake profiles, spam, duplicate profiles and collecting fees without providing any service are not allowed. We may suspend the broker account and remove its profiles, and we may report the matter to the authorities.

8. Data protection. You are responsible for the personal data you upload about your clients, and you must delete it when the person or their family asks. Please read our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal data is handled on Namma Matrimony.

You agree not to do any of the following:

• Create fake, duplicate or misleading profiles, or pretend to be another person.
• Ask for or accept money, gifts, loans, investments or any financial help from other members.
• Harass, threaten, abuse, stalk or discriminate against any member.
• Post obscene, defamatory, unlawful or hateful content, or content that hurts religious or community feelings.
• Use the Service for advertising, selling products, collecting leads, adult services, or any purpose other than finding a marriage partner.
• Copy, scrape or collect member data or photos, or use bots and automated tools.
• Try to hack, overload, reverse-engineer or interfere with the website.

We collect the information you give us, such as your name, contact details, family, education, work and photographs, to run the Service, suggest suitable matches, process payments and keep the platform safe. We handle personal data in line with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and any privacy policy published on our website.

• Who Can See Your Profile: Registered members can view your profile according to the privacy options we provide. Your contact details are shown only as allowed by plan rules and your settings.
• Sharing: We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the Service (such as hosting, email and payment support) or when the law requires.
• Your Rights: You can ask to view, correct, download or erase your personal data by writing to admin@matrimony.exclusive.org.in. Deleting your profile removes it from public view.
• Retention: We keep data while your account is active and for as long as the law requires, for example payment records.
• Cookies: The website uses cookies and browser storage for login and for preferences such as light or dark mode.

Namma Matrimony reviews profiles, but we cannot control what members say or do outside the Service. Please take sensible precautions with every person you meet.

• Verify Independently: Check education, job, family and marital status through trusted sources before making any commitment.
• Meet Safely: Meet first in a public place and with family members, and tell a relative where you are going.
• Report Concerns: Report suspicious profiles or behaviour to admin@matrimony.exclusive.org.in and we will review them promptly.

Namma Matrimony is an introduction platform. We do not promise that you will find a match, that the information given by members is correct or complete, or that any relationship or marriage will result from using the Service. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Namma Matrimony, its owners, staff and partners are not liable for any loss, damage or dispute arising from the conduct of members, inaccurate profile information, meetings or marriage decisions, interruptions of the website, or failures of third-party payment or internet services. Our total liability for any claim connected with a paid plan is limited to the amount you paid for that plan.

You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings or by writing to admin@matrimony.exclusive.org.in. We may suspend or remove any account, with or without notice, that breaches these terms, is reported for fraud or abuse, or has been inactive for a long period. Paid benefits are not refunded for accounts removed because of a breach of these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, with its Last Updated date, is the one that applies, and continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We encourage you to contact us first so that we can try to resolve any issue by discussion. If that does not work, the courts at Tamil Nadu, India will have exclusive jurisdiction.

For questions, complaints or to report a profile, please contact our Support and Grievance Officer. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and to resolve them within 15 days.
